Since our debut in 2013, Hello Mr. represented the expansive possibility in publishing queer stories. Each of the ten issues amplified the voices of emerging and established artists, writers, and photographers who shaped the change in LGBTQ media. More than a magazine, Hello Mr. was an introduction to a new conversation that created space to better see one another through a deeper understanding of ourselves.
More than a decade later, we revisit the archives to honor the legacy of this community in A Great Gay Book: Stories of Growth, Belonging & Other Queer Possibilities.
